Yeah you can, but you have to have passed the whole game even i have one. but they are really hard to take care of

It stinks that you can't have horses on the Sims 3 pets but i am getting a new computer so that i can finally tame a wild horse (or create one) but i do wish that you will be able to have a horse soon

You can but you have to breed 2 pairs of dogs and the same with cats and have 1 baby with a sim
