World 5 browsers castle
It wont let me open it up to play. this is all new to my son.. me please help. thinking mybe my son didnt finish something in the previous levels.

So your son is new to mario. well lucky for you i am an expert, ive been playing for 12 years and i can help you with almost any problem. but anyways, are you sure you cant? try opening it up with star coins. im not sure how many you need, but you can find 3 in each level.

Well i am a all star you just have to get 50 star medles then it will open it up.

In this case you need 50 star coins, star coins can be found in each level. 3 in particular. they are bigger than usall coins, that you get from jumping on a gumba (thoes brown little animals). i finished the game in 4 days :) but like i said you need 50. you know how many you have under mario in the corse selection. i hope this helps :)

Well i agree with penguinlips:) you need 50 star coins and then once you have got you're 50 star coins go and get that castle and kill bowser.you can get star coins in each place you go there are 3 of them sometimes you might see a telescope in the level and when yo look up you might see something on a far up piece of land and on it might be toad and he might give you one of the star coins to get them all in that level. star are particually large and will not look like anything compared to the one's that are out in the open.those are the regular coins now you go and get those star coins and enjoy the game!!!!!!!
