How do i do the phantom train glitch on kalamari desert

You land in a certain spot and you will go in and end up near the goal on the third lap!

The phantom train glitch is on one side of the first part of the train track.

I don't really know but i'm pretty sure you have to go to a certain spot in kalamari desert what i do know is inside of the train you can see koopas when you leave the train you'll be near the finish line on the 3rd lap not much is known about this glitch

I beleive they patched it in the update also why was it called phantom glitch
