Ultraman taro location?

I was on saving ultraman zoffy until i saw an sos. i heard from zoffy coz i know bits of japanese that its one of the ultras who send the sos. and i tot taro is the only one i haven unlock yet. but i try like aroujd 3 hours going all the map i cover before. and still cant find taro...can somebody help me wth it?
