Go to the autumn wood in world 4 after you beat the game.

Beat the game then go to fire breathing mountain autumn wood and find a spakling launch pad oh and its not hoho its ho-oh

After you beat this game, if you play the levels again you might see that instead of a yellow launcher, it is sparkly. that means instead of a normal boss, you will get a legendary. depending on what level you play, you will get different bosses. to get ho-oh, go to any autumnwood level and try to get a shiny launch pad. it has a 5% chance of happening.
p.s. you still have to defeat ho-oh like a normal boss, but you will always get it. WARNING!! they are TOUGH!
