How do you get the adf-01 falken

To get the adf-01 falken you need to complete all the survival missions . but, when you are the highest rank you still have 3 different aircraft thay you don't have. when you complete the first 4 survival missions , you then go on to complete tne last 2 missions and when you have done that you will get the 3 planes that you need including the adf-01 falken .
