How do i unlock the suit that is next to the classic suit

Okay what you wanna do is go to the vigilante mode and unlock every map beat every thing on that map make it show a green shield on every map place and it gives you the final costumes took me 5 days to figure it out i got the game 5 days ago so 5 days is not that long
