Right after hunter battle 2 chapter 5 keeps getting stuck, any suggestions? Frustrating for my ten yr old!! thanks

To make it easier shoot webs at it to make it slow down after use web rush and you we'll see red around the hunter and release web rush and keep doing it until you have to press the y button rapidly and done
