Once you got the suit, go to the three puddles of goo, after you go through them, you"ll see a big blue lump.that is the water source

Besides using the Robin hazard suit to suck water up and spray them, in freeplay you could use Aquaman. Just saying though.

Ok when u start the level u find the water to the right so get the suit go where u started where u saw it go up then down left keep going down until u see a black thing with blue stuff in it water da then hold A in the goo it will go away if the goo is still there and u run out of water go in it again and get the batman bomb suit go up to the metal gate use batman hold a aim at the metal gate it will explode then destroy the veical for a minikit i forget who it is so im thinking its catwoman
