Stuck on level 8

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but you should exit to the batcave, go to the mission area and find level 9. If it's not there then I think you have to do level 8 again.

I'm running into the same problem. After you finish level 8, you're prompted to return to gotham. When you click on that, the bat symbol comes up with with the small spinning bat symbol in the lower lefthand corner. And it doesn't go away. The only way to stop it is to shut off the game console altogether (you can't even get back to the home screen). When you restart the console, you have to replay level 8, and when you do, the same thing happens all over again. So, essentially, this game is stuck on level 8 for good unless there's solution or you start the game over from the beginning using a different slot (hoping the same issue won't come up again after level 8).

You go back to the batcave from gotham city and look on the map .. down at the bottom left hand corner of the mission map from inside the bat cave, you will see the yellow and black batman sign. Go remember where it is and now go back to the city and head towards it, a cut scene should happen when you get near it and level 9 starts.
