How do you get the Aquaman minikit?

I just don't know how to get it! It's on my friends ds and they got him but I don't. So please please tell me and what characters I need and what level!

I think he's on one of the last level against lex or maybe the one before hand. Try and get all of the minikits for both levels and hopefully you should have him. I got mine in story mode so I don't think you need any characters. Hope it helped! :)
