Can't use unlimited mushroomhouse
I have passed the game, collected all the stars and moon coins, and unlocked all the secrets but I don't have the unlimited mushroom houses.

Got the same problem though i don't have all the star/moon coins.

You have to get all star coins, that's pretty annoying.

A hint to get all the star coins is fail the level at least 5 times in a row and it will give you white racoon mario then you can fly, smash threw bricks, and be invincible
