I deliver all the luggage and they say to meet him but I'm just stuck? Plz help

You have to go as far right as you can, then jump up to the seond level of ledges and go back to the left, where you'll go up to a third story and go all te way right again. When you descend, Dracula will be there and he'll send you on errands. I can't find where to take the last key or how to fly or run up walls.
