The elevated platforms?
I have no idea how to get on these platforms! They have two yellow squiggly lines pointing up and I have tried everything I could think of.

You need to get to the Ice Kingdom, you'll see it's easy to get to the cloud zone (north-west of the dock), the guard won't let you in so go to Snow Golem's cabin (north-east of the dock), he's sad so he'll give you a "Cloud Babe" picture, with that go back to the cloud zone, the guard will let you in so just move past everyone and talk to Party God. And you get long legs.

I went ahead and cant get back from the save some clouds near the house ive tried 4 2 hours
