Does anyone know how to get the last stone on the top (the one next to the watermelon but not the doll) i think it was a egg does anyone know how to get it? please respond

I don't know how specifically, but I got 1 minute and 3 seconds on Well 8 with the matryoshka and unlocked the egg. Maybe that'll help
