You can find Brilliant Fantasy in 2 of Riku's Special Portals:
Special portal in Symphony of Sorcery world (3rd ring of worlds)
A special portal in The World That Never Was (Final world)
Remember, these are on RIKU'S SIDE ONLY, and they only give the brilliant b
fantasies if you do the bonus challenges within the portals. And, they only work for some portals. Plus I'm still not entirely sure these work 100%, but they're worth a shot.

Go to the world that never was with riku and do the special link portals and keep on dropping and doing the special portals and eventually you will get brilliant fantasy.
