What is the puzzle on the 4th floor on 2-5? I know it has something to do with there feet and head, but I don't know it.

Look at the toad on the door. Take note at which way its head and feet are pointing. then find the matching toads and figure out which sticker goes in which hand. All I remember is that spike helmet goes in the middle.
