Can't go past 3-12
I have unlocked World 3-12, but I can't go any further. I have got the Pocket Watch Thing, but apart from that, there isn't anything of interest, just puddles of poison. Is there something wrong with my game?

You have to find the lightbulb in 2-2 then go to surfshine harbor in the basement so you can fix toads ship and find the hook in 3-6 so you can beat big cheep cheep to access worlds 4, 5, and 6.

Find all 4 Wiggler segments and head to world 3-3. Paperize him back to normal. Talk to him and head to 3-12. Wiggler will be there if you have done it right. He will take you to an area I like to call "Shipwreck island", Where you can find Gooper Blooper and the third royal sticker.

I'm stuck here too... i read guides and it says the final wiggler segment should be here with bloopers... but the beach is empty and I can't advance in the game. Quite pissed off too since i have quite a number of hours invested in the game
