You can find a Big Shiny Infinijump in World 5-3. After avoiding the giant fish, just let the raft go to the end of the river (stand in the middle of the river to be certain). you'll reach one of the comet piece. Don't grab it, just jump over the fence on the left and you'll find the spot for the secret door. Hammer the? Block in front of it and you'll get the Sticker your are looking for.
