Im stuck here.. I know which to destroy first.. But which of the characters are best to use?

I used Luke (as in I'm controlling him) and then I had Natalia and Tear for healing, then Jade for long distance fighting. You could also be Jade (controlling him) and use infernal prison (if you have it) then Goring Hell (impaling heaven in a fire ring; again, if you have learned it).
