You dont use radio ferquencyes for either of these bosses so i dont knou where or who told you about using radio frequencyes but you can use the mic thing that you get at the biginning of both the vitirous mission and operation snake eater to her the ends mumbuling

One frequencie I know is when your in the cell locked up. To escape just wait for the guard to go to the bathroom and use 144.75 that will unlock the cell. Aso to get every boss uniform (except The End) use the Mk22 gun to get rid of their stamina. Be careful when fighting The End (old man lol). Use your camo WISELY.
