You just call them and one of your options youll see befor you call them should be evict so just click on evict but make sure there not near you.

Choose wich sim you want to evict then either go online or get newspaper the option move will come up then choose move all or evict that sim who you choose to move out

Click move on your computer or the news paper(before you do this, click on the person you don't want) click evict and they disappear... Note: they still are in the city but they are stll your friend.

Go on a computer or click the paper make sure its the person you DO NOT WANT press evict and they walk off your lot. Cool part is there still in the town and they are your friend. Delete the wrong one just add them back.
