Iron golems should come in about the same update the pc had. Every mc pe update has been in order like the pc version. The next update will farm based, with food but no hunger, beds, and possibly creepers, chests, and tnt

Actually you can not make them because there is no way to make them in mine craft pocket edition without pumpkins.
