You cannot get beds and real life stuff but Kaplan (danil) said in the new update there could be beds and stuff

You cant but if u put 2 red wools verticaly and put a white wool on top of the twoit looks like a bed

They are coming out with minecraft 0.4.0. It will have beds and chest and a bunch of other!

You can't get beds yet. Signs MAY come after 1.4.0. I doubt paintings will come
Nether uses too much space to load,like the end l know the latter wont come.
