You can use PocketInvEditor, or u can go to "Files" on your phone and copy the Chunks and Enteties from a survival world over to your creative world. Ps: Remember to delete your creative Chunks and enteties from your Creative world

No dude its not like that its complicated but its 100% right. First make a new world with the same seed but make it survival then copy the chunks from the creative world folder to the survival folder remember to replace the chunks not to keep both. then the survival world will be exatly the same world in creative. but unfortanatly u will lose everything u had in ur iventory but the stuff in the box's will stay. Hint. remember that u make the same seed . it will work in any other seed but a it will do multiplayer problem's that ur friend will keep losing health just like if he buried with sand and it will change the spawn point but that's not problem
