How to defeat the Ants?
The ants seem to 1-shot my characters being Lv23. They also have 4500HP and they do not seem to take much damage...

Are you talking about the ants in the oasis? their HP are 500/500 and SP 2/2.. They are easy to defeat. Just use skills.

It's not 500/500, it is 5000/5000, that's why it is difficult to beat...Any help please...?

It's 500/500 from what I know. You need to beat them 1 by 1. If you fight 1 to 1 they will call for ally. I beat them at level (more or less) 20

Thats a anti-cheatengine when you hack the game or you have not paid for it then the enemys are a lot stronger.
