Where do u get the keys to open doors?

Emerald key is in the same cave you need it for.
The topaz key is acquired from harty's dad.
The crimson key is acquired by beating the story.
The sky tower key is in the ruins north of the sky tower.
The gate at viper's castle is opened by viper after he regains his memory. To this you must beat the game to get the crimson key, get the booster so the Phoenix can fly in the dark world (Behind one of the crimson doors), fly into the ringed mountain region in the dark world, and beat the eve zero boss.
