Basement floor for the rats and ticket? i found all the chest and there is a locked door, how do i clear the basement with the rats? please help..thanks

Sorry if you found it already, but you go down and to the left of the locked door and there's a switch you have to press.

You don't need to clear the area u just have to get the ticket
