How do you make a baby go to the bathroom

Just let them pee and if the meter is low just order a sim to "change diaper", so the bladder and hygiene meter will recharge. And if you have a toddler, the only way to fill the hygiene meter is to take a bath(with tub instead of shower)but you'll need an adult.
