How do sell appliances and furniture thats unused or uneeded

Its Simple !!!! just open ur sims and press the store button ( it has a couch made on it ) then click the furniture u want to sell, when u click the furniture for eg bed u will have 4 options click the red one with a "S" on it. AND VIOLAAAA
