Firstly you have to be one of the people that you want to be engaged. Then click on the other person you want to be engaged. Then click on propose to marry. If you don't see that option then keep on doing romantic things until they become partners. Then you have to buy a ring. I advise you to by the ones that are expensive and cost LP points since the cheaper they are the more the chance of the other SIM accepting. If you want them to be properly married do more romantic stuff and their status will change from engaged to married. If you want babies you don't have to be married you just have to be partners. To get a baby you have to get a crib. The babies second name will depend on the person who lives in the same house as him.
