Progress lost! help!
I wanted to play one of the two new games that can be played online with other players! When I chose the game, I was asked for my email and password. As soon as I entered them my pou suddenly went back to when it was level 32 and was totally hungry,ill!sad and sleepy! I was on level 42 and I lost 10 level progress! What happened and what can I do?

You didn't save it :( you have to wait for it to go back to level 42...

Check your e-mail. You should have an e-mail from Pou with your password. Copy the password and go back to your pou. Tap the little Pou icon in the corner where your level [32] is displayed. Tap ACCOUNT and scroll to the bottom. If there is a button that says 'LOG IN' ,tap it and a window will appear. Tap and hold on the entry box, until a list of options appear. Tap paste and then tap 'LOG IN'. You should find yourself back with your old Pou on level 42. Sorry if this doesn't work. If it doesn't work you probably didn't save it :[

I logged out on my level 30 pou and it told me by entering my email address l would get my pou back. When I tried to go back it wouldn't let me and now they sent me a new password and I don't know it. WHAT CAN I DO
