Hanging upside down?

In multi mode some of the people that I challenge can flip their bike upside down and hang by the back tire?! How is this being done? They are finishing levels in like 6 6 seconds where it taking me 12-15 seconds.

The ghost bike and the Superbike allow you to write upside down on the track without blowing up

Teddyc212 is correct. The ghost bike allows that, but the super bike usually gets stuck.
