Wheres the stone cutter and planks in the game?
I cannot find where to get cut stone or wood planks in the game. i have no buildings thay make it. where can i find them?

You have to do quests and find them in the jungle. You can not buy them.

All my quests require stone from the stone cutter. And I didnt unlock it or find it yet.

Do the spanish fort quest and when you have to gather stone it will ask you to look for the syone cutter in the jungle. search for it. it should appear between 1-3 tries
