Where can I find the stone cutter? Im stuck!

If you receive new quest/mission, you will find stonecutter from the jungle by cutting jungle. One time or up to three time cutting will show the stone cutter

Hello players, I found my stone cutter just now, it on north side of game(other side from the sea). If this game is same format for everyone, then this is where you find it. Now if the game is random between players meaning it may be in another area. Then keep searching with blond guy only.
