I need to use my smithing supplies to make a raw blade at forge.

Well you need the Forge, which is under Special in shopping section next to kitchen, than you need to gather several hammers, 10 Iron Ore, and 30 rocks to forge a raw blade. Hammers can be obtained from the blacksmith.
