Flick the sand using the tire. Tap the tire to make the tire moves

Pls give me more explan how to do that job i did all the jobs in all the game and i never did: "the sandman"-flick sand at thr boss, "congradiation,now go outside"-reach level 50, "no more object"- cant complet this one.. look from the begin of this game i never dont make "the sandman" object.. I want finish all the game and that's all.... Please help me! Thank you :)
