I'm not sure how to get to fire ball.

Totally skip the first half circle. Just start by shooting at nothing, towards the left. This will make the cannon go to the right. Do it in quick bursts so it will go into the second half circle collecting the iced apple on the way over. Then simply shoot at fireball. Good luck!
