How to earn "welcome to the dark side"
This award is supposed be earned when you "go from maximum to minimum happiness in 3 months". well, i had a perfectly happy city of 300k, then i hit pause and bulldozed all entertainment + education facilities, all power, all water, all police, all jails, all firestations, and then resumed play. in about 1.5 months, i had 0 population, and all meters were at 0. but -- i still don't have this award. how do i get it?
