There is a donkey at the beach and one with the grape farmer. The one at the beach-feed it some ambrosia and then ask it to go with you. Then use it for the trail so that you can get to the main map. The farmer's donkey you will need to get the coin from the priest and then give th farmer the coin for the donkey. Then ask the donkey to come with you. Then use the donkey to get to the port on the map.
