For one of them, you herd the pigmy puffs back into their cage, then use wingardium leviosa to lift it up and find the ingredient underneath. then, use it again to lift up the part of a key on the floor and then turn it, and the bird will lay an egg. explode the egg, then the cabinet near it, and you'll find the other two ingredients.
