There is a red wall where you need to get a circle but after a while he remains stuck. what should i do?

Go throw the red circle

Try pushing the two of the arrows at the same time--like the top and left button, or top and right button. keep pushing two buttons until you are around. that seems to get the circle cut out.

Push the up arrow and the right arrow utill it is all the way around.
