To get gurgle, you must head over to kaleidoscope canyons. there, you must pick up a warning sign, a hard hat and a green light bulb, then place the sign and the bulb at the right places, and wait. i also strongly suggest that you decorate the dinos house by going to yukea and buying the appropriate furniture for their house.

Gurgle is near the Caleidoscope Canyons. Once you have the WARNING sign, the hard hat, the tissue box, and the lightbulbs, place the lightbulbs on the APPLAUSE sign, and wait for your chance. Then, use the tissue paper.
