How do i get to the rift

I've already investigated & fought the boss but cant get thru the lazers & not sure what the rift is or how to advance from here. please any one who can help, thanks

I have the same trouble every time i get thru a new section i just get to another section and get stuck again, i just saved the girl and sent her back thru the rift but now i'm stuck again, this game is poorly set up

Go to th cyber gamer arena go to the last part you see the yellow wall hit the button ten go back to the rift
