Am i able to unlock new freaky fab outfits if so how <3monster high

No you can't unlock new outfits the only way to change them is got to your locker and click outfits then change the design out of 2 and then the color

Go to your locker open it there is a button that says change outfit but u cant unlock new ones

You can't get new outfits. But if you finish the game and be Scream Queen you can unlock a cute dress!
