The hair club is right beside the fossil guild in cranial city. you do not need to be wearing the hair mask to enter.

You need the hare mask to join the club

If you get the hare mask and go to the club, you can clean fossil rocks there. every 10 fossils, you get a prize-jewel rocks, new icons, new sonor covers. after 80 cleanings you get squirth, the earth type chicken. hope this helps.
