Jjjoeyyy120 is right. I have one at Rank 20 and it's stats are: LP:600 ATK:93 DEF:38 ACRCY:42 SPD: 11 Support effects: +60% ATK, -30% DEF, +20% ACRCY, -10% SPD OWN AZ!!!!!!

His name is Heracles. Anyway,you must 1st dig up a miraculous fossil rock. Your sonar MUST be fully upgraded. Try going to Dusty Dunes next. Yellow dots will appear on your sonar. Dig each one of them up until you find a miraculous fossil rock. Once you find one, clean it and integrate into a Tricera. That's it!
