1 one is on craniel isle, the old man near wilwest tower has it. 2 one is on ribular city, the kid near the waterfountains has it. 3 is on illum village, go to the back of the helicopter lady and there is a guy standing there with the last dino medal

I kinda had trouble too. The last one is in Ilium village. You know that lady that lets you go on a helicopter? Go behind the circle thing and a guy is standing there.
