Where do I find it? I played story mode and couldn't find it, when I play free play mode my game freezes up before I can get to the last round.

To unlock the 5th minikit you go to the part where green lantern makes the big ray and 100k thing and after you do that you see buttens do this order .top left bottom, bottom right, top right, bottom left
