How get past the electrical pipes?

When I get Batman's electrical suite how do I get past the electrical pipes when robin is down in the water I tried to use robin but it didn't work. can some one help me on this. thanks,

To get past the electric pipes you have to use batman's electric suit. This allows him to get past electric things.
